All of whom we love and cherish deeply!
Hi my name is Andre! I’ve been friends with Wesley since 8th grade. We first met while training at the same Taekwondo studio. We were so called “rivals” at first, but he eventually acknowledged that I was undeniably the better martial artist, and our friendship began soon after.
Wesley and I became best friends during sophomore year of high school, which is when he and I discovered that we shared a strong appreciation for pranks and generally offensive/dark jokes. This realization snowballed into a perfect storm that led us to form a dynamic duo that easily rivals the prestige of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Our mutual love for random shenanigans and off-color humor served as the foundation for our friendship and allowed us to create countless hilarious memories that we fondly look back on to this day.
My friendship with Wesley has spanned almost two decades, and during that time, I’ve had the pleasure to experience many of life’s important moments and milestones alongside him. Whether it was earning our black belts in Taekwondo, getting our very first cars, getting our first summer jobs, applying to colleges, or graduating from high school—one thing remained constant, Wesley and I were always there cheering each other on. Even today as adults with full time careers who live 150 miles away from each other, Wesley and I continue to take the time to be there for one another as we navigate the twists and turns of adulthood.
I am so proud to see that Wesley and his lovely fiancé, Ife, have built such a beautiful relationship together! I look forward to serving as Wesley’s Best Man and standing beside him as he takes his next big step in life by tying the knot with the woman of his dreams!
My name is Cassidy Herbert, and I have had the incredible privilege of calling Ifechinyere my best friend for nearly two decades. We first met at church when we were pre-teens. As a new girl from the East Coast attending a small Baptist church in Lompoc, California, I wasn't sure where I fit in. Thankfully, Ife welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine spirit made me feel at home, and before long, we became inseparable.
Some of my favorite memories from those years are the simple ones. We spent countless afternoons on the trampoline at her parents' house, enjoyed many sleepovers and movie nights, and made frequent trips to Surf Beach. No beach day was complete without stopping at La Michoacana for burritos, and somehow we'd often end up getting a little lost along the way because we were too busy talking and laughing. Her parents always welcomed me into their home as if I were one of their own, and those memories remain some of the most cherished of my life.
Even when life took us in different directions and I moved away several times, Ife never let distance weaken our friendship. Right before college, I moved back to Lompoc, and we picked up right where we left off as though no time had passed at all. Friendships like ours are rare, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have one that has remained constant through every season of life.
One of the greatest joys of our friendship has been watching Ife accomplish her dreams. I was so proud to attend her Pepperdine University graduation and celebrate all the hard work that brought her there. In true best-friend fashion, we pulled an all-nighter helping prepare Nigerian food and built a balloon arch for her graduation party. I experienced another proud moment when Ife and Wesley included me via FaceTime as she took the California Attorney Oath. Watching my best friend officially become an attorney was emotional and inspiring, and I felt honored to share in such a significant milestone.
Of course, no story about Ife would be complete without Wesley. I still remember the excitement in her voice after their first date and all the phone calls and texts that followed as we analyzed every detail—including the classic "Should I text him?" conversations. Their connection grew into a beautiful partnership, complete with their beloved fur baby Gregory, better known as Greg the Shepsky. Through every challenge and triumph, they have encouraged one another to grow and become the incredible couple they are today.
Wesley has become such a treasured friend in his own right. His signature dry humor can brighten any situation, but beyond that, he is kind, caring, and deeply supportive. He and Ife complement each other perfectly, and it has been a joy to watch their relationship flourish.
As we prepare to celebrate their special day, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for a friendship that has shaped so much of my life. Ife, thank you for taking a chance on a nervous new girl all those years ago and for being a constant source of love, support, and friendship ever since. I am endlessly proud of the woman you have become and so excited for the life you and Wesley are building together. No matter where life takes us, I will always be cheering you on and grateful for the lifelong friendship we share. ❤️
Honored to serve as Maid of Honor to the Agbodike-Ryan's!
Hello, Sister of the bride here, and Ife calls me Nema.
There are only a handful of people in this world who know Ife the way I do. As her older sister, I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow into the incredible woman she is today.
Ife has always had one of the softest hearts you’ll ever encounter. She genuinely loves people, naturally makes others feel seen, and extends grace even when it’s undeserved. If there’s one person she’s harder on than anyone else, it’s herself. Growing up, I probably spent more time than she’d like to admit trying to toughen her up, encouraging her to be a little less forgiving and a little more protective of her heart. But over the years, I’ve come to realize that her kindness isn’t a weakness, it’s one of her greatest strengths.
Then Wesley entered the picture. The first thing I noticed about Wesley was that he was funny. Like, effortlessly funny, even if it’s dark and dry. He has a very welcoming personality and doesn’t take life too seriously. Which is perfect, because Ife has always been the planner, the thinker, and the one making sure everyone else is okay. Watching them together made it clear that opposites really do attract.
Where Ife tends to be thoughtful, grounded, and a bit more serious, Wesley brings laughter, spontaneity, and a lightness that perfectly complements her. They balance each other in all the right ways, each bringing out qualities in the other that make them even better together. Wesley reminds her to relax, laugh a little more, and enjoy the moment. Meanwhile, Ife keeps Wesley at least somewhat on track. It’s a fair trade.
I love you, Ife. Congratulations to you both and I am happy you found each other. Here’s to a lifetime of choosing each other, every single day. Can’t wait to celebrate you both on your wedding day!
When I was a young kid, I remember seeing this guy who looked just like me. I didn't know who he was, but I was curious. Before long, we were spending nearly all our time together—snowboarding, exploring Disneyland, traveling through Taiwan and China, and making memories on countless family vacations. We laughed, argued, got into trouble, and always had each other's backs. Turns out, he wasn't just a kid who looked like me—he was my brother.
Looking back, I couldn't have asked for a better lifelong friend to grow up alongside.
Watching Wesley find someone as incredible as Ife has been sublime, and I couldn't be happier for them. Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter, adventure, and unwavering support. Congratulations on your marriage! I hope it's everything you've ever dreamed of and more.
Hello! My name is Connor! Auntie Ife is my dad’s sister! I love her, Uncle Wesley, and Greg so much! I love whenever we get to hangout and when they call to talk to me! I love that they let me play with Greg, because he’s such an awesome dog and I love dogs! I also love that we get to go on adventures! Uncle Wesley is such a jokester and I love how he makes us all laugh a lot when he is around! I love that they are my aunt and uncle and am happy to be the ring bearer for their wedding celebration!
Hello, I’m Vivian! Wesley is my Uncle! I love him and Ife a lot! I always get excited whenever I get to spend time with them! We play board games, and do whatever I want!
I am excited to be a flower girl in their wedding!
Meet Nkechi! She’s fairly new to the world and her mom is Sister of the Bride! The bride and groom love her dearly and are overjoyed that she will be a part of their special day as a flower girl!
Hi my name is Charity! My dad is the bride’s oldest brother! I’m so excited to be a flower girl and celebrate Aunt Ife and Uncle Wesley’s big day with them as a flower girl! They are both funny and silly! I love whenever they come visit me or I get to go visit them! They are so kind and generous and make me feel like a princess whenever we spend time together!
Hi, I'm Equiana! I am incredibly excited and honored that Ife and Wesley have asked me to officiate their wedding and be part of such a meaningful day.
Ife and I met during the very first week of law school (a [trauma] bonding experience), and we've been in each other's lives ever since. Ife is one of the most genuine, thoughtful, and kind-hearted people I've met in LA.
It's been wonderful to see the love, joy, and partnership Ife and Wesley share. I'm so happy for them as they begin this next chapter together, and I feel truly privileged to celebrate this special moment with them.
xoxo Officiant ❣️
I met Ife when I was in seventh grade and she was in eighth grade at LVMS. From the moment I met her, she was one of the kindest people I'd ever known. We reunited at LHS on Dance Line, and that's when our friendship truly blossomed. We became inseparable—traveling to competitions, eating lunch together, going to the beach, making prank calls, and simply enjoying each other's company. I also loved cheering her on at her track meets!
When Ife graduated and I started my senior year, school just wasn't the same without her. I remember calling her and telling her how lonely it felt without her there. Although life has taken us in different directions, our friendship has remained special. I couldn't be prouder of the incredible woman she has become. Her kindness, strength, faith, and character are truly inspiring.
I am so honored to stand beside her on her special day. Ife, I love you so much, and I couldn't be happier that you found Wesley. I wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, good health, and endless happiness. You both deserve the very best.
With love, Ceci ❤️
I’m the groom’s sister, Debbie, lifelong friend, and occasional accomplice in whatever trouble seemed like a good idea at the time.
Don’t let the green eyes fool you—I’m a pale, sassy, outspoken Latina with a big heart and an even bigger opinion. Growing up, my brother and I shared plenty of laughs, adventures, and stories that are probably best left out of this bio.
While I’ve spent a lifetime knowing my brother, I’ve never seen Wesley happier than after he met Ife! Watching him find his person has been a beautiful thing, and I couldn’t be happier for them!
I first met Ifechinyere in the summer of 2015, right when I was stepping out on my own for the first time. Moving in with roommates and joining InterVarsity had me feeling incredibly nervous, but Ifechi was the very first person I met—and she instantly changed everything.
Even though we had separate rooms, we quickly became inseparable.
Ifechi was the first person who gave me the courage and safe space to truly open up and share my story. We spent that entire summer laughing, crying, and bonding deeply. From that first encounter to this very day, Ifechi has been an absolute rock in my life.
The heartbeat of their journey together will always be the perfect blend of Ifechi's profound, openness and unwavering love and Wesley's infectious joy for adventure. I am so incredibly honored to stand by her side as she starts this new chapter together with Wesley.
My name is Kaitlin. I met Wesley when we attended middle school together. Wesley has been my best friend since the 10th grade. He has stood by my side through my awkward teen phase, my transition into adulthood, when my parents decided it was finally time to financially cut me off, and on my wedding day.
Wesley is one of the few people I can unapologetically be myself around. One of my favorite things about Wesley is that he's always had my back when I needed help.
I am so happy that Wesley has found Ife, she is the perfect addition to this wild ride we are all on. She brings sensibility, sensitivity, compassion, and warmth to our friendship. I am so excited to stand with you guys on your big day and celebrate love! I love you both!
Hi! My name is Esther. Ife and I first met on a camping trip in college. We quickly became friends after realizing we were both Nigerian. After that, we always spent time together and became very close.
Ife is the type of person that you can depend on. She is always there with her supportive and cheerful personality. What I love most about Ife is her unique spirit and light that she brings to every situation. I am so excited to see my friend get married as well as see her continue to grow and thrive to be the amazing woman she already is.
I have loved seeing Ife and Wesley grow together as a couple and now engaged to be married. I am so happy that Ife has found her person in Wesley. It has been a pleasure to witness their commitment to each other over the past few years. I am looking forward to seeing their adventures and being a witness to them achieving all their hopes and dreams.
I can’t wait to celebrate with you all! Congratulations to Ifechinyere and Wesley on their coming nuptials!
Hello my name is Eddie Torres. Wesley’s one and only friend. Everyone else tolerates Wesley and for good reason. No one has seen Wesley like I have seen him. The same can be said for me I guess but to a more reasonable extent.
If I were to describe myself, please view me as Wesley's voice of reason. I'm not loud or effective at that but I sure do try.. Hobbies of mine include playing video games, cooking and baking, and being outdoors on hikes. He helped me develop my food taste and my love for adventure.
Wesley and Ife have ingrained themselves into Karalee’s and I’s lives. Both Wes and Ife are a delight to be around and I love that Karalee and I can confide our sinister secrets to them. I’m kidding…Being there for each other’s life’s milestones has been a treat to me. Here is to more dinner dates and occasional trips!
Hello my name is Mikaela! I have been friends with Ife since late 2015. We became friends after I transferred to Chico State for my last year and a half of college. We were both hurdlers which allowed us to get to know each other in a smaller group setting. Over that year and a half of spending time together every day at practice, we grew closer and began to spend time together outside of track. Ife always embraced me for who I was and to this day has been one of the most kind-hearted individuals I have ever met.
One of my favorite memories is when she and I went on a hike. We documented the whole day of our adventure from the car ride, getting lost trying to find parking, to the actual hike where we had the time of our lives laughing, being our goofy selves, and going on random excursions during the hike. I hold that memory dear because it's always a reminder that even during difficult times, spending time with Ife can brighten your whole mood and day, and with her there is never a dull moment. The ability to be my authentic self with her, laugh, be joyful, share our good times and be there for difficult times, and make memories anytime we spend together is something that I will always value and cherish.
When Ife first introduced me to Wes, it brought me so much joy, because immediately you could see the joy that they brought each other. Ife had met someone that complimented her light, her aura, and her smile. Someone that didn't dim her light but helped her to shine even brighter. They were a beautiful couple when they first started dating and they are even more beautiful now that they have grown together over some time. I wish nothing but continued blessings for them, peace through the good times and challenging times, an everlasting love, and may their light as a couple continue to shine bright forever. I love you both and congratulations!
I'm Devon Ryan and Wesley is my cousin. I don’t remember spending much time together when we were young.
I have had the chance to get to know him better the last few years. He is someone I can open up to and tell me when I’m wrong. He is such a funny guy who makes everything more exciting with his creativity and silliness.
I’ve seen that he and Ife really support each other. I look forward to celebrating their love and new chapter with them on their wedding day!
My name is Kailee Delongchamp, and I’m so grateful to be part of Ife and Wes’s special day. I live in the foothills above Sacramento in Northern California, where I work as an engineer in HDR’s Drinking Water Division.
I met Ife back in 2014 when I transferred to CSU Chico, where we became roommates and best friends. Some of my favorite memories from Chico are with her. This included many late‑night study sessions that always ended with us wandering around Chico in search of something delicious to eat, laughing the whole way.
When Ife graduated, she spent the summer living with me at my grandpa’s house while starting her first job post graduation. We had a lot of fun that summer.Even after she moved to Southern California, we’ve always found ways to see each other whenever our travels overlap. No matter how much time passes, being together feels easy and familiar.
Ife and Wes — I’m so happy to celebrate you both. I love you, and I’m honored to share in this beautiful moment of your lives.
I first met Wes back in SLC. He was loud, chaotic and asking everyone if the wanted to travel to Turkmenistan.
Just when I thought his taste couldn’t get any worse, I discovered that Wes loves sitting in the passenger seat of a Lyft when he’s alone… Wes is still do this day, the only person I know that willingly sits in the front seat of a Lyft to talk to the driver.
But alas, just like Wes and his obsession with tattoos, I came back for more. The more we hung out with each other the more Wes and I became genuine friends.
Fast-forward a couple years and Wes moved back to LA and met the wonderful Ife. Wes came back to Salt Lake City to introduce us to Ife. I loved her from the very minute I met her. She was bright, bubbly, and, best of all, she could put Wes in his place, which needed to be done multiple times.
It has been absolutely wonderful being a part of Wes and Ife’s journey together. Seeing them grow and becoming the wonderful lovely couple they are today warms my heart. I wish them nothing but the best in the future and I want you both to know whenever you think life is crazy, just remember “Nail, Hairs, Hips, Heels.” 🤣
Hi! My name is Blessing and I met Ife on the very first day of orientation at Pepperdine Law in 2018, and little did I know I'd be meeting a lifelong friend. From surviving law school to navigating life after graduation, we've shared so many highs and lows. Even though we don't talk or see each other every day, every time we're together, it's as if no time has passed. We simply continue the conversation where we left off.
If there's one thing everyone knows about Ife, it's that she has the biggest heart. She gives so much of herself to her family, friends, and everyone lucky enough to know her. In true Nigerian fashion, she's always making sure everyone else has eaten, is okay, and is taken care of before thinking about herself. Sometimes I just want to lovingly shake her and say, "Ife, it's okay to put yourself first at times."
Watching her find someone who pours that same love and care back into her has been such a blessing to witness. Ife, you deserve a marriage filled with joy, laughter, peace, and God's favor. I love you dearly, and I couldn't be happier to celebrate this beautiful new chapter with you.
My name is Lynsey, and I live in Salt Lake City Utah. Wesley and I first met in college at the University of Utah library, I know, how studious. Wesley then invited me to go bowling with his other friends after 15 minutes of meeting each other. 10+ years of friendship between now and then!
Seeing Wesley and Ife together, it was immediately obvious: Wesley had officially found his person.
I couldn’t be more excited to watch Wesley and Ife continue to grow and create this life together!
Hello! My name is Nicole. I met Ife during our first year of law school. We partnered up for our first-year moot court competition. After countless late nights, study sessions, and probably more caffeine than either of us would like to admit, I think we did a pretty great job!
Over the years, we’ve been through so many highs and lows together. Law school was stressful, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming, but Ife was always the bright spot. Her kindness, laughter, and unwavering friendship made even the toughest days so much better, and I feel incredibly lucky to have shared that journey with her.
Watching Ife find someone as wonderful as Wesley has been such a joy. I’m so happy for both of them as they begin this exciting new chapter together. Wishing them a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and endless happiness. I’m honored to celebrate this special day with them!
I met Ife back in our college days at Chico State, where we quickly became close friends. I had a front-row seat to her love story with Wesley from the very beginning.
I actually knew something was there the moment she started talking about him.
I even got to chaperone one of their early dates! I'll be honest: Wesley wasn't always my favorite person, and there were moments he had to win me over. But win me over he did.
Since then, I've watched the two of them grow together, support each other, and come through every challenge stronger than before. Seeing how far they've come and how deeply they care for one another, I couldn't be happier to celebrate this day with Ife and Wesley.
Some friendships begin with grand adventures. Ours began in 2021 at the Long Beach City Prosecutor's Office, where Ife was working as a law clerk and I was a newly licensed attorney trying to find my footing. What started as a workplace friendship quickly became one of the greatest blessings in my life.
From the very beginning, Ife was a constant source of encouragement. During the challenges of my early years as an attorney, she always reminded me to stay hopeful, trust the process, and, most importantly, remain true to myself. She inspired me to stay humble, focused, and grounded no matter what obstacles or successes came my way.
Over the years, Ife has been one of my biggest supporters through every stage of life. Whether I was pursuing fitness goals, celebrating milestones with my family, or advancing my career, she has always been there to cheer me on, offer thoughtful advice, and celebrate every victory as if it were her own. Her kindness, generosity, and genuine belief in others have inspired me to become a better person.
What I admire most about Ife is the way she leads with grace and authenticity. She has an incredible ability to uplift those around her while quietly setting an example of hard work, compassion, and integrity. I am grateful for the countless conversations, laughs, and memories we've shared, and for a friendship that has only grown stronger with time.
I am deeply honored and privileged to stand by Ife's side as she marries the love of her life, Wes. Watching their relationship grow has been a joy, and seeing the happiness they bring each other makes this celebration even more meaningful. I am beyond grateful that a chance meeting at work turned into a lifelong friendship, and I couldn't be happier to celebrate this beautiful new chapter with them.
Congratulations, Ife and Wes! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, adventure, and endless happiness.
I have known Wesley and Ife for a few years now.
When I first moved to LA a few years ago, I didn’t know if I was gonna make any friends or not. However, I soon met Wesley and have since enjoyed many memorable moments exploring the city with Wesley.
I’m extremely honored to be chosen to be a part of the couple’s special day!
Hi, I’m Karalee! I’ve known Ife for almost seven years, after meeting through our (future) hubbies, who happen to be best friends!
While our significant others brought us together, we quickly formed our own unbreakable bond as besties. Some of my absolute favorite memories with Ife are our regular girl dates and epic Bridgerton binges, where we spend hours laughing and squealing over the fun drama.
I am so happy Ife has found her other half, her soulmate. I am so incredibly honored to stand by her side as she marries her Wesley, and I cannot wait to celebrate their forever love on the big day!
